Notes: TERMS AND CONDITIONS – YOUNG LIVES VS CANCER RAFFLE
1. Proceeds
A minimum of 95% of the proceeds from the sale of all raffle tickets will be donated to Young Lives vs Cancer (formally CLIC Sargent), with deductions taken from each raffle ticket sold to cover bank transaction fees.
2. Eligibility
The raffle is open to individuals aged 18 or older residing in the United Kingdom.
Proof of age and residency may be required.
3. Legal Compliance
This raffle is operated in accordance with the Gambling Act 2005 and all relevant UK laws and regulations.
4. Ticket Purchase
By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you meet the eligibility criteria and agree to these terms and conditions.
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable unless the raffle is cancelled.
5. Prizes
Prizes are as advertised at the time of ticket purchase.
Entrymaster Ltd reserves the right to substitute prizes with alternatives of equal or greater value or remove prizes if necessary.
No cash alternatives, exchanges, or transfers are available for any prize.
6. Raffle Draw
The draw will take place on Friday, 7th March 2025.
Winners will be selected at random and contacted using the details provided at the time of purchase.
7. Claiming Prizes
Prizes will be pre-allocated a number and awarded in numerical order during the draw.
All prizes must be claimed by 21st March 2025.
Any prizes not claimed by 4 PM on Monday, 5th May 2025 will be forfeited.
8. Disqualification
Entrymaster Ltd may disqualify any participant found in breach of these terms or the Gambling Act 2005.
9. Liability
Entrymaster Ltd is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected entries or communications.
10. Privacy
Personal data collected for the raffle will only be used for administration purposes and in accordance with the UK GDPR.
11. Amendments
Entrymaster Ltd reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
